All items found on our buses will be held for a one week period.
Items of value, (cell phones, wallets ect.), will be held for one week at the City of Nelson Public Works Yard before being sent up to the Nelson City Police Department.
Items of little value, (ball caps, gloves ect.), will be held for one week before being disposed of.
If you have lost an item on our buses, please go to the BC Transit "Contact Page" and enter as much information as possible, (time, date, route).
If you do not have access to a computer, you can call 1-855-993-3100 and follow the voice prompts to inquire about your lost item.
