This month, work slowed a little but much is still happening on the waterfront with the project work bringing us nearer to completion.

Swim Docks are now in place, but not ready for public use. Work is continuing this month to connect the swim docks to the main Pier with gangways on either side.
Looking North West to the Pier from the waterfront steps completed during the previous Hall Street upgrade – Stores to Shores. We can also see the ramp and float plane dock attached to the Pier.
The Ladybird display building is looking fabulous as it nears completion. Glass mirrors are being installed on the ceiling and crews are cutting slots in the Ladybird deck boards for lighting & mechanical diffusers to be installed.
The landscaped area has been seeded and underground sprinklers installed.
