The NDYC is Nelson's latest indoor filmmaking location. The building has high ceilings, full control over the overhead lights, lots of electrical outlets, large doors for easy loading in equipment and different levels for unique angles.

Permit Rates:
2 hour permit is $100
4 hour permit is $150
8 hour permit is $250
(+$20/hour on Sundays)
